Scholarship Recipients


2019-2023 Women’s Roundtable Access Scholars


McKaleigh Manning

McKaleigh Manning is a senior from Greenville, NC. She graduated from D. H. Conley High School. McKaleigh is majoring in nursing with plans to become a labor and delivery nurse. She was officially accepted into the nursing program in Fall 2021. McKaleigh is very active in the local community and volunteered during the 2021-2022 academic year with the Make a Wish Foundation, the Humane Society and with Vidant Medical Center.

She is the recipient of the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship and has an anticipated graduation date of May 2023.


Carlee Silver

Carlee Silver is a senior from Greenville, NC. She graduated from D.H. Conley High School. Carlee is majoring in nursing and hopes to become a labor and delivery nurse. Carlee is both CPR and First Aid certified and earned her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license while in high school. Carlee is very active in the local community and volunteered during the 2021-2022 academic year with the Community Foundation of NCEast, the ECU Purple Pantry, and the Night to Shine program for young adults with special needs.

She is the recipient of the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship and has an anticipated graduation date of December 2023.


Chayla Miller

Chayla Miller is a transfer student from Craven Community College. Chayla is majoring in elementary education. While being in the classroom is an early career goal, Chayla one day hopes to also serve on the Board of Education helping shape the schools in her area. While in high school and at Craven Community College, Chayla volunteered with the local food pantry, the Craven community garden, and with the Good Shephard Rest home.

She is a recipient of the Women’s Roundtable Access scholarship and has an anticipated graduation date of December 2025.


Kristin Frazier

Kristin Frazier is a freshman from Farmville, NC. She graduated from Farmville Central High School. Kristin is majoring in biology. Her future will hopefully include medical school as she hopes to one day be a pediatrician. While in high school, Kristin was active in the Link Crew, the Health Science Academy and played both volleyball and softball.

She is a recipient of the Kay Chalk Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship and has an anticipated graduation date of 2026.

Anna Camille Kee, from Ayden, NC, received the Kay Chalk Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2015-2019.

Taylor and Makaila Harrison, twin sisters from Spring Hope, NC, both received the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2015-2019.

Summer Pittman, from Rocky Mount, NC, received the Kathy A. Taft Memorial Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2015-2017.

Kelsey Waterfield, from Buxton, NC, received the Kay Chalk Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2011-2015.

Alaina McMahon from Potters Hill, NC received the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2009-2013.

Marah McMahan from Asheboro, NC received the Kathy Taft Memorial Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2011-2014.

Tabitha Reel received the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship 2008-2011.

Amber Morris received the Women’s Roundtable Access Scholarship in 2008-2009.
